i said in grade 7 in Montreal we learned how to play Rugby in gym class. one kid went to the hospital for a broken arm one day. he didnt cry, and he got over it. no law suit...

Thanks to the sue happy americans. It's a vicious cycle. Some parents sue because their kids got hurt during some school recess activities. So they implented this rule. Next the suit happy bastards going to blame the school for making their children fat due to the lack of recess.

 

I was just going to say something like that. I can totally see where the school is coming from. It's definitely not fair, but with people sueing everyday over piddly shit, then stuff like this is bound to happen.
