It all depends on what kind of test they perform?

If they try to strap that bitch on a missle, and launch it, its on like Donkey Kong

We will cry and moan about how bad NK is and then go about engaging sanctions that don't mean shit. Of course we also can't spend the time to enforce them because as is we are overextended already.

In short we will do what we have always done with NK...nothing.

The US has been losing power in the world political arena steadily for years now, the only thing is we haven't come to terms with it and admitted it.

"Pride is before a fall" I think we are in for a big one in the near future. 10 to 20 years at best is my guess.

Some day we'll end up just like Britain and the Roman Empire.

The US is by no means even close to overextending military power. Those theories of overextension were made back when naval and ground power were supreme and before air power came around.

If N. Korea tests another nuclear device, we won't do anything militantly, but the UN - which, remember, is a huge group of countries - will think of ways to prevent another.

Until N. Korea makes claims to attack Japan, South Korea, the US, whatever...the United States will not preemptively strike.

edit: waiting for pete.
