Kitten problems
My (new) kitten keeps running in the bathtub and pooping and peeing in it when no one is looking.
My roommate and I try to remember to keep the door closed but he always runs in when we forget.
How can I discipline a cat? Sometimes I just wish he was a dog.

I'd rather it do it's business in the bathtub instead of someplace else in the house.

Im not arguing that the bathtub is worse than the carpet. I'm arguing that the bathtub is worse then the kitty litter box.

leave the door open and try to catch him.
when he hops in the tub, turn on the shower.

After the cat is done eating or drinking you should pick it up and put it in the litter box.

I really don't think thats going to stop him from peeing in the bathtub when the doors left open. Its not like he doesn't know to poop in the litterbox.
Has anyone ever disciplined a cat?
