how much areyou willing to spend, how much HP do you want to get, or you not planning on suspension work first then adding power.

More than likely no more than 3,500.
Im not really going for speed and HP as much, more or less make it look nicer? Im not sure what might look okay.

please stay away from aftermarket lights, spoilers, stickers, or anything else thats totally ghey at ALL COSTS


you can get some solid wheels, drop/suspension, tint, OEM lips, etc. for that money

I think a drop and some tint would look close to outstanding, seeing as it is a black civ.
