hahaha he broke away from that Modena like nothing :chuckles:

I have seen another B powered somewhere before just not sure where. Personally I would have gone turbo Busa motor and it would make that thing look silly all day long.

cool video... i learned abt this swap this summer at school.... some shop was offering an internship and posted the company description on the job board... the shop did B series swaps for mini, so it was pretty cool..

I read an article in SCC last year about a guy that did this over in England with a Type R swap....pretty crazy stuff.

yeah, I remember that article... they said you had to be really careful because the brakes were about 1/10 as good as the acceleration. Stock one-foot wheels :chuckles:

We watching different vids? Looks to me like the 360 was pulling up to him on the straight. Since it seems like an open track day the guy with the $200,000 360 probably wasn't driving nearly as hard in the corners as the Mini.

yea its hard to tell later on in the straight if the modena caught up or not. looks like to me it was catching up
but with the light weight of the mini, it was going faster into, in the, and out of the turn and thats the most important part, cuz any body with a right foot can go fast in the straights
