wheel install

I finally got my new steering wheel, and I'm not entirely sure how to install it correctly. I have a momo hub, nrg quick release, and a sparco wheel. How do the ground rings work? What order do I install in? None of the parts came with directions. Thanks a lot.

That wasn't really similar, but it told me enough. I love the new position, should be able to test it when I get my head back on.
