Short story, My pizza was severely under cooked, no mushrooms, and the thin&chrispy was anything but chrispy, yet the manager refused to remedy the situation. She told me to not get Pizza there anymore and hung up on me. Oh! Shit was on!!

How far have you gone to fix something after getting bad service at a fast food place??

 

Taco bell messed up my order twice.

last time we got delivery from Pizza Hut, they messed up the order and burned the pizza they got right :doh:

took an hour for delivery too... and the place was only 4 miles away...

 

We even picked it up thinking it would be fresher to do that.

We did, we didn't pay for the obviously fucked up one.

 

pizza hut = greasy hut = :barf:

 

last time i ordered from pizza hut they took nearly 2 hours for delivery. and they're less than 10 miles away.



i like their buffalo wings though. h:

We stopped at a pizza hut in Piscataway, NJ and they were out of ice so we had warm drinks...then we placed our orders with the waitress and waited 40 minutes with no word from the waitress. I got up to check to see if my car was still there(civic) and asked the waitress about our food, she didn't know, then they said it hadn't been put in yet so we told them to cancel and left. We then contacted corporate who responded that they would contact the franchisee who would contact us...that was over a month ago and I'm not holding my breath.
