Meh you could tell from the way he was training the last group that either he wasn't doing proper training or he just didn't care anymore. Also Tito really got in his head during this last seasons training which along with the consecutive losses of Shamrocks team had to have an extreme effect on his psyche.

 

Oh and Ortiz. I haven't been following it, but Shamrock seems like he is living in the past.

I sure wouldn't want to be on the recieving end of his hits but he is a bit long in tooth for this sport and it shows. He had his day and should have retired last season or after the first fight with Ortiz at the least.
