Has anyone ever bought anything from www.royalcamera.com ? I want to know if they are a reputable company.

It's a bait-n-switch scheme.
Mail-order camera shops have been doing it for years. They used to (and probably still do) advertise ridiculously low prices in the back of camera magazines, then when you would call up to order they would charge you another several hundred bucks for shit that's supposed to come with it anyway like the instruction manual and strap.
Nobody's going to get fired, but if you spend 299 or whatever it is you're going to get shafted.
