Agree totally.

But that is the thing. We do peer programming, so when one person gets tired, another can take over while the first watches to make sure that person isnt making mistakes.

It makes people be very proficient in what they do, plus, if you are having an off day, someone is right there to help.

We can do that too, but I love working with the people that I do.

Most people find it odd that I would rather go to work than stay home. I honestly have one of the best jobs in America.

my office environment is pretty nice, its generally quiet but we do talk from throughout the day. there really is no feeling of chain of command, and we get to laugh our asses off on a daily basis. the only downside i have is im 21 and the closest person to me is like late 30's. i feel very outta place but man can old people still party or what

My office is boring as hell. Nobody bs's with each other. Nobody fools around or jokes around. It's all business. Occasionally myself and one other person have a small rubber band fight but we've been spoken to about it and told not to do it anymore. It's like a friggin jail. At least the pay is good.
