how the hizzo do you get up so early?
No matter how much sleep I get I have so much trouble getting up at 8 am, let alone 6 am. What do you guys do? I think I hit the snooze too many times, because I have NO self control. Does that daylight clock work?

i never fail to wake up 5-10 minutes before i set my alarm, i have an awesome internal clock. as for physicaly waking up and getting out of bed, ive noticed if the minute i wake up i get up i have a much easier time, if i lay in bed for even a couple minutes im instantly tired again....
plus if i dont wake up at 5:30....problems would arise at work when the meeting isnt started on time cuz im still sleeping and havent loaded the programs

I don't even need an alarm clock, I just get up between 5:30 and 6:00 everyday. Been that way since I was a kid. My friends at one of the communes I lived at in the seventies hated me for it, even after a hard night of partying I couldn't sleep in, sun comes up, the eyelids go up. It allowed me to enjoy more of the summer weather. Not true in the winter because I'm up before the sun. I don't even work, but I'm up and making breakfast for my wife and me every day.

No matter how late I sleep mon-fri I wake up at 550 every morning.
No need for alarm clock. I guess your body gets used to waking up early if you do it so often. On the weekends Ill get home at like 5- 6am from partying and im up no later than 1030-11am. Weird cause when I was in my teens I would party all night get home at like 8-9am and sleep all fricken day....

Set the coffee maker to start brewing 10 minutes before you wake up. Knowing there is fresh coffee waiting for me is the only thing that gets me out of bed. Oh yeah, btw make sure you store your salt and flour in a different location than your sugar and/or creamer. Need I explain why?
