That happens sometimes. Stress? Unrestful sleep?

 

Friday night - slept 3-7
Saturday night - 4-7


yea, feeling pretty good right now :loco:

 

i had that lazy period aswell, right after HS graduation. would stay up till 5or6am trying to find parts for my tegi lol. usually had breakfest around 5or6pm. yea i know i sleep too much. my head was bangin all the time. it is not good sleeping too much.

 

i went to sleep around 2 or 3.... and woke up around noon.... i could barely get out of bed

 

Oversleep FTL. I went to sleep at around 3 last night and got up at 11:30 and I feel like crap. This is because I'm used to getting 5-6 hours of sleep per night.

 

I always feel groggy when I oversleep. 8 hrs max if I want a productive day.

 

I sleep on average 5 hours a night on weekdays because of school. On weekends I sleep 10+ hours and feel reborn
