If we can find another roomate fairly soon it would be nice. I picked up more hours at work to try and get some money until Tom can find another job. But if one shop is slow most shops are slw which kind of sucks.

 

well if he doesn't know what's bothering you, he's not going to stop. so, tell him.

what's the worst he'll do? move out and take his bitches with him? :chuckles: as far as being low on funds, if you and your bf were to find yourself in a situation where you DID have to support yourselves w/o a roommate, how long would it honestly be for? i'm sure less than a month. you can talk to everyone you pay bills to and work something out for those 4 weeks.

 

i'd be upfront and tell him to pick up and help out around the place...give him 2 weeks to shape up or ship out

i do have a big question...is he renting from you?...or from a landlord (if the latter then you do not have grounds to evict him or kick him out)

also don't pull any childish pranks...he could go postal in a reaction or call the cops if you ruin something of his (just to get back at you for kicking him out)

 

Well we are pretty much renting from Tom's mom. She moved to SC for a job and we took over the place. So he pays us and we give it to Tom's mom.
