question(luminicsbulbs.com)
ok has anyone ordered from luminicsbulbs.com? i know that this isnt the thread to post this at but i dont know where else to post this at. well the problem that i have is i ordered from them. and it said it shipped on the 20th. and its now the 28th. ive tried emailing them but no reply, and ive tried calling but a answering maching just comes on with no rings. just wondering if anyone had a problem with them before.

Do you have a physical business address for this company?
If you've left an actionable message and you've made numerous attempts to contact these people, I suggest you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

it wont let me, well i dont know if you want to call them yourself. its kinda hard to explain. 7144202170. thats their number. it says something like"sorry but were either on the line or helping a customer. call back later" somthing like that and i called like at 2 in the morning cuz i was bored and see what would happen, and the same answering maching came on. and at the end of the message it says"sorry but the mailbox is full."

If they continue to ignore you, file a CA-BBB complaint and move on.
