intake ?

the AEM pipe is like an elongated velocity stack. it helps accelerate the air flow, "forcing" more air (and colder air) into the intake manifold, which then distributes the airflow into each cylinder head effeciently and rapidly. this allows not only air to reach the combustion chamber quicker, but more of it due to the density properties of colder air. the bends in the piping on the AEM are also electronically calculated and drafted to ensure the least amount of restriction and turbulence for the incoming airflow. that is why AEM intake is better than the ebay ones.


ok. im jk. its actually because the old school AEM license plate frames were gangster. thats why they cost so much.

I think the JDM hose clamps with the AEM intakes are worth the extra $$$.

another ? the intakes that are skinny then get fat int he middle then go back to a normal size..whats the deal with those....i bleive made by iceman idk tho
