yes i have a good breakfast around 10 or 11 then a lunch at around 4-5 and usually dinner at 9-10 but i stay up sorta late too so its not like im eating and going straight to bed h:

I always get a hearty breakfast and dinner in, but lunch is generally light and often delayed. h:

One meal usually and it's dinner around 8pm. I'm never hungry anymore and I've lost 13 lbs in 3 months

I usually don't eat breakfast, but I have a protein bar instead. Other than that, I have meals for lunch and dinner, and smaller snacks if I'm hungry.
