we get the oil change and dry cleaning if we want (also not free), but that's probably about the only thing my company has in common with google.. :chuckles:

i shot gun beers with my boss and get paid to do it. and i can come in whenever the hell i want.

you're right. it is cultish. the people that work there never want to leave. no housing that i know of.

i forgot to mention, happy hour w/ appetizers and beers/cocktails every friday at 4pm. the occasional keg during lunch. and huge ass parties about once per month. but i was a lowly temp so we rarely got invites.

many companies try to keep their employees these days. All top companies do that. My wife work for top 10 company and they give her 10k bonus each year and stock options just to keep her there.
