You seem to be slightly retarded because the Accord from 94-95 had a single taillight, this was changed in 96-97 because there was a model redesign which incorporated a larger trunk opening and the taillights were changed in order to offset the visual aspect of it.

Honda gives model updates every 3 years to their lineup (well, for most of their cars). And they changed the tail lamps.
Same reason why the 2003 and 2007 Accords rear end looks different from one another.
