I have a 916 area code number from this weirdo and a yahoo id....hes messed up!

If someone could posiblly help me out I wuold appreciate it so much!

To figure out who this weirdo is because its very frustrating trying to sleep at night and getting these phone calls and texts. I would turn my phone off but thats my only alarm clock to wake up for school.
