Ball was touched by Ducks before the 10 yards and ball was tipped. Sooners should have won.

It looks like the Ducks got it at first, Sooners probably pulled it out from him on the ground.

Still should have been Sooners ball. So is it still under review? Are those touchdowns going to be revoked?

They can't revoke anything that happened during the game...but the officiating crew and review officials are being suspended.
