Default movies that will be comming out soon

so I've seen previews for Departed, and I've heard good things about it.

also, flyboys looks pretty bad ass with all the WWI byplanes dogfighting.

anyone going to check either of these two films out?

I forsee a general decline in movie theater attendance.

Movies gave people too much too fast and now there's nothing new. Movies just suck in general the past few years. And with the internet becoming bigger and bigger, people are able to spread reviews of them quicker and then online distribution will become bigger.

attendence is already way down, and there was a story a few weeks ago about how big stars are having to take pay cuts. Why go to a theater and deal with rude people when you can wait 3 months for it to come to DVD, pay $20 to own the movie with special features, and watch it on a kick ass home theater setup, and replay it all you want for all your friends. it just doesn't make sense to go to the movies anymore, unless you don't want to wait.

maybe im one of the few that cant afford crazy home theater systems, so i like being able to see a movie on the big screen when it first hits. but i agree, the # of movies ive seen in theaters have steadily declined. the only ones i do see are the ones i really want to experience at the theater and not at home

THe trailers are saying it's his "Last Action Epic." I don't think that means his last movie ever. Besides, plenty of people have said that only to make another movie a year later. Liam Neeson said he was going to retire after Phantom Menace...
