Workout Crew: Sign in
I'm trying to get at it again. Been on a big hiatus, so this time I'm setting a realistic goal.
By end of Oct I hope to lose to be about 150lbs with 5% body fat. Right now I'm 160 with 10.3% body fat.
I figured a good way to start is to set a goal and go at it. What is your goal?

Tomorrow will complete the 3rd week of my comeback. The shoulder feels good...no pain, and I'm doing rotator cuff rehab exercises once a week. Going to start cardio after next week.
