excel question

is there a way to clear the numbers out of a cell, but keep the formula in there? i goto edit > clear > contents and it clears the numbers out, but it also clears the formula that i have entered.

Just click on the cell a couple of times and backspace.

click on the cell then change it in the formula bar or just backspace the numbers in the cell by double clicking to gain access to the cell
