Default Network Monitoring tools

Im searching for a software ( freeware ) that monitors all TCP ports on my server and gives me details as to what is being sent from my pc's over to the internet.
I downloaded one program but it sucks. Does anyone know of such?

you'll want something called a packet sniffer.

One of the best ones is Ethereal.. have fun

ive used languard
if you have linux definitely use nmap
