anyway, does anyone know why every so often i can't copy highlighted text from a page? this happens to me at both work and at home. i have to do some mouse acrobatics before i can finally get the damn selected text to copy into memory. this is in firefox only.

Yes on a test box with XP on it no less. I can take a picture of it if you really want. It just still echos IE6. Which I don't like. I really like the way FireFox works and does things. Sure it's got some fancy menus and prettyness, but it's not as good as Firefox in many ways. IMO, of course.

Side note: I find it quite interesting that the motherboard in that system is an Intel dual PIII serverboard and it's nickname is "nightshade". Intel named it that, not me.

i think it happens with tables that are coded wrong. it's like you try to select the text, but it grabs the whole pages text or the text above the text you want..

it happens alot to me on different sites.

Least with Firefox you can look at the code yourself and find the problems. With IE, you have to wait for MS or the hackers to find the problems. I don't think those are such good odds.

Besides, I leave Firefox open for days and have no memory leaking problems.

So you can keep your bandwagon hating.
