Default ATTN: Del Sol People

My stepmom wants to buy this 1993 del Sol Si 5-speed. It's that awful green color and has 127k miles. I haven't done a c-test or liften it up yet, but it has a few obvious problems:

- Left front spring broken (they say they'll fix it)
- AC no work
- Power antenna nowork
- Evidence of sanding/repainting on the rear decklid
- Clutch is shot
- Rear wheel bearings shot

The good news is that the top doesn't leak, engine seems pretty strong and the paint is in alright shape. Everything is stock, looks like it was never modified.

They're asking $3295 which is pretty ridiculous. What's a good price for this car with all the problems? I was thinking like $2500.

And yes, she should buy a different car, but she likes it becuse it's green :hsugh: I can fix all of the stuff wrong with it myself except the bearings.

It's better than the threads asking 'did I pay too much' after the people already bought it :happysad:

I'd offer $2200. Well not me personally, because Del Sols are gay.

All engines in that car are FTL. It's a D16Z6.
