Yes they will work.
Yes they are overpriced too. I picked up a set of condom coilovers for my Accord wagon for $120 brand new locally. Granted no shocks but condom coilovers ride like ass anyways so I didn't care.

Not sure what they mean by "designed for lowered cars," but maybe the shock casings are shortened or something. Most decent shocks cost way more than that for just a set of 4 not including springs or sleeve coilovers, so take that into consideration.
Drop zone is horrible.
