last time i rode around sacramento i was going up and down the river. i come back and i get a flat every single time. the GFs bike got two flats :madr:

so i check the tyres out and its those little round thorns that always get stuck in your shoes :madr:

anyways im gonna try mr. tuffy tyre liners.

i always have a tire repair kit with me. extra tube, co2, tire levers and patches in a seatpost bag. but i have 700cc tires, not sure about mtb's.

 

Dont run over shit that will give you flats :dunno:
