I tried GAIM and I didn't like it...I thought the interface looked horrible....there are probably skins out there for it but I wasn't motivated enough to look.

Werd. And I didn't like how if you exited out, it wouldn't just go to the system tray.
I'm getting rid of MSN Live too. I have MSN Plus! which is a hack for lots of cool features, including letting you open your email in FF. It wouldn't work with Live, and I dislike the look.
