I'm guessing he didn't buy those to put on his 4 wheeler. He probably got them for his truck or SUV and thought it would be funny to put them on his 4 wheeler and video tape it.

 

We had a couple guys that use to ride their ATVs on the street by the school. They werent on spinnas though :run:

 

thats not the first time ive seen atv's like this, theres a kid i know in arizona, whos in the military, ya he put 20's on his 4wheeler just so he could drive around base and have something like that.......if he wasnt married to my cousin id kick him in the balls for wasting all that money. wound up flipping and wrecking it one night being a dumbass.
