Someone stole my radio!
Damn I hate people!
I get to work yesterday at 7:00 AM and it's light outside. I park on the street and have a vew of my car from my window. The thing is I'm back in the server room most of the time. Went to go to lunch, and CRAP! My head unit is gone with the entire dash mount. Pioneer DEH-5500MP. My damn fault for not removing the faceplate, but this was my old '96 with 177K on it, and the radio was only maybe $225 when I got it, so I figured who would go through the effort for it.
The passenger window tab was bent out, and the window was pryed out of the channel, and they just flipped the auto lock button up with a coathanger and opened it up.
Left my Roady XT XM radio (it's no good to them with the embedded code). They even left the $10 cash in the console. Guess they were in a hurry for some reason
Cops said too bad I didn't see them out the window. I told them I would then need bail because I wouldn't stop beating until they stopped breathing.
Got a new DEh-P680MP installed last night. I'm $300 wiser now. It does pump better than the other one. You'd swear I have sub in there. Glad the Alpine speakers were too had to get to!
Done venting now

Pioneer decks rock. I've got an old school one, don't know the model but I bought it used in 2002. It's better than any other brand deck I've heard. Makes 6x9s feel like I've got subs. I'll never own a different brand.

My radio was stolen while I was parked in the lot at High School. Your lucky the bastard didnt break your window. $350 to replace the window those bastards broke on my car. Luckily they caught the guys coming back, THE VERY NEXT DAY. So i got my head unit back. But never got reimbersed for the window
