Default Do you easily fall asleep?

I usually don't. There will be days I'm completely exhausted and will doze off within minutes of shutting my eyes.

Usually, however, I will lay there in the dark, eyes closed, and my mind is just going all over the place. Most of the time it's real random shit that plays out in my mind and eventually (maybe 45 minutes to an hour later) I'll fall asleep. I never wake up refreshed though

Do you really have narcolepsy? Sometimes I'll start slipping into a quasi-unconsciousness but then my mind will suddenly start racing again and I have to try all over again

Are you kidding me?? The planets have to align for me to fall asleep. I normally toss and turn for a couple hours before I fall asleep.

i make sure to knock the f out ... there's no way I even try going to bed "just to go to bed".

I'd rather be productive and do something than toss around

My usual range of sleep hours that keeps me awake and functional would be 5-6. Anything more and I'm extremely tired within a few hours; less and well...coffee.

Im the same way, I have to truly be tired to go to sleep. I can't just go to sleep because everyone else is.

Yeah, I can't really go to bed just to go to bed. I need to be falling sleep at the computer, standing, whatever to reduce toss n' turn time.

i can fall asleep easily... but staying awake is an issue. even after 7-8 hours of sleep, i feel tired when i wake up. I wasnt doing much this summer, so i usually slept for 10-14 hours a day. :hs:
