I applied for this analyst position within the company over a month ago and they said around this time they would be hiring someone.
A few weeks prior to today, I sent numerous follow-up emails to see the status on the position. I got either the run around or no response. I'm sitting at the desk here and then I see the person they hired introducing himself to my manager. Nice for them to fucking tell me, DICKHEADS.

i think most companies won't contact you ever again unless they have something for you. they say they'll get back to you no matter what, but that's just to make you feel better when you leave the interview. they couldn't care less about you unless they want to hire you.
