Lunesta was the one given to me.
The trick is to use them when you HAVE to. Stay active all day, get tired, read a book, and you'll fall asleep naturally.

Ativan which relieves anxiety.
Restoril which is a sleeping pill.
Been using them for a week maybe. I think i should stop but i dont sleep well when i dont take them.
