was up to 40x32 at one point. Now it's 36x32, and need a belt.

thing is, i really don't feel much bigger when i was a zero. I think I gained more muscle mass.

33x33 would be perfect, but i usually have to get 33x34 because it's a more standard size.

34x30 for jeans since i wear those a lil low. otherwise, proper size is 34x32.

34X30, just before my liver transplant I was getting ready to start buying 40 waist jeans. Just got rid of a bunch of 38's and 36's.

I'm around a 34 or 36...depending on the make of the jeans...whether they fit me loose enough. I don't like my pants falling off my ass...but I don't like them real snug either...makes my fat rolls pudge out.
