Default anybody here from Richmond VA?

If so, can you tell me about what the cost of living is like down there? I may have to move there and pay for the whole thing at my own expense. IF you can give me figures on what apartment rent usually runs for, what are good parts of town, that'd be great.

FYI I'm coming from upstate NY.

:awais:

It's generally cheaper around here, but like anywhere, it depends where you live.

Townhouses downtown rent for $800-900ish, apartments around $400 for a decent one.
