just got back from austin
we left baton rouge at 3:30 am wednesday morning, got there at 9:30.
just got back at 6:30 am. we had several hickups. he had to tear down the transmission that was supposedly fixed and replace a bearing and a couple spacers. its working fine and they test drove it, the guy paypaled the money to the guy i owed the deposit to.
we went to this palce called chuys. texmex restaurant. really cheap ($10 entree) and probably the best food i've ever eaten. we ate there for lunch and then, since the repair took forever because of the teardown, had it for dinner as well.
i'm still awake. took a 1.5 hour nap before i came into work. going on 32 hours being awake. :hs:
