You were pretty young to lose that much hair already.Btw-after my first child was born (age 31) is when things started going downhill for me (weight gain, back pain, heartburn and indigestion, "elevated" blood pressure). Of course it could be just the added stress in my life.
I am kinda like you OLDMAN, I was raised on a farm, and still do physical labor pretty much every day with building things and carrying supplies.
Last weekend I had to bust up 4.5 yards of concrete with a sledgehammer and then load it in the bucket of the tractor. I had a couple of pieces sitting there, so I started to load them, and my dad came over to help me. He started to pick one up, and couldn't do it, and I picked that same one up and threw it around like nothing. Plus, ask Jae, my dad is a pretty stout man for 50 years old.
The only thing that makes me sore is working out, but other than that, I feel like I could take on the world.

I work all day, extremely active. I push U-boats of 300-800lbs, lift 40lbs regularly and pull pallets over 2600lbs all on a regular basis. I also work like 50+ hours a week and I think the combination of it all is breaking me down. I only make in the range of 50-60kyr(shit pay in NJ) I need a good paying desk job, work 40hrs and then go out and have fun extra-curricular activities...lol, by the time I get home now all I wanna do is sit down and relax.
