One of my son's best friends (we call him the son we never had) is 6'9" and I could see him doing that to himself (although he wouldn't do the naked on a leash part) He's totally devoid of hair due to alopecia(sp), he lost all his hair while he was still in high school, but he's kept his sense of humor.
