I've worn "husky" style pants from time to time - 6'1", 200lbs - it's more a style than for "fat" people. Just bigger through the leg, loose on the ass, that type of thing.

that's why you incorporate it with lifting weights

I'm going to be doing upper body today.

need to get rid of the 10lbs I gained in the last month

then continue to shed another 20lbs
