naw its the adjuster screw that u loosen to make my ground controls go up and down....the little hex bolt..its stuck

And if that doesn't work, PB Blaster, a torch, and some ice cold water out of a spray bottle. The dramatic change in temp. can/will really loosen up some rusted up bolts - although in your case, it might be overkill.

allen wrench combined with a socket to fit over the wrench.

or just hit it with a hammer.

PB Blaster.

I find it funny how people rarely realize that WD-40 means water displacement and it was the 40th formula they had tried. This means it is a water displacement tool first and a lubricant second
