There was a kid in the middle school I worked for that was well over 6'3"....except I cant really say that he was 13 years old though. I think the kid was at least 15-16 h;

I don't think he's at any advantage over any other batter. He'll probably just hit it further when he does hit it. Little Leaguers these days are pitching into the 70's...the equivalent of an MLB offspead pitch.
