I manage 5 ladies in Canada. They're absolute specialists in Web technologies. They can create order data and completely trail it though our complex .com system, though order processing, billing, invoicing, and such. We're in the middle of a .com tear down with a brand new site being launched in October.

Our .com generates 7 to 8 billion a year in sales. I need experienced hands making sure everything is still working before and during the overhaul. These 5 girls have been working for me since Mid May ... very very nice people too.

Well, today ... due to political reasons, they were pulled from my group. I'm throwing a shit fit because I'm screwed. The community here is looking to help, so now ... I have another 10 people (with no experience) now under me. I lost 5 heavily experienced people, to gain 10 clueless, which is throwing my work load into overdrive.

I have to do a full ramp up + all my normal overloaded duties + get everything back on track for a 10/6 launch.

If I screw something up too, I could bring down the entire site for a sales day (apporx 22M). To say I'm stressing is an understatement.
