Yea i was talking to my brother today and he wishes that they make a sex offender to little kids his cell mate...he said he will make his life in there a living hell....

i just learned i have 2 registered rapists in my apt complex, and you would think that they would divulge that information before you move in.

If you were convicted of rape 20-30 years ago, would you want to have to divulge that information?
