We just had a customer storm in here and yell at us because she had to wait in line. Now she's freaking out at the coffee machine because it's out of order. I hope she gets a flat tire.

Broken coffee machines, broken bathrooms = bad CSI.

Pretty much everything. I've just been going thru the motions.

 

I drank like 4 margaritas last night and ate pollo asada, not hungover. Didn't even get buzzed. :sad:

The thing that might get to me towards the end of the day is that I went to bed at 12:30am and woke up at 5am :exnbp:

Our customers' satisfaction affects our pay. American Honda sends out a survey to these customers and asks them how our service was. We can get a bad survey for something stupid that's out of hands, like the TV isn't working in the lounge and the service advisors get the heat for it. It's bullshit.

 

i drank 10 beer and didn't eat anything yesterday. I wonder what i am puking now.

We we're jokingly flirting back and forth the last two days. I might be hanging out with her and her bestfriend today or sunday, not sure. I owe them dinner.

 

I understand that completely. I had that feeling a lot when I was in the military. What I eventually did was know that things were out of my hands, and that the good Lord had a path for me, so I just kind of sat back (prodded when needed) and went down that path.

I guess it is one of those things that I always knew that I would be alright, that since I had a roof over my head, food, and people that loved me, I could make it through anything.
