This reminds me of when I was in HS, one of my best friends had some guy stalking his family. There was a creek directly behind their house, and their back fence was a stone soundwall. Sometimes they'd look out and see him chilling on the wall, and they heard him on the roof a few times.

Is it legal to set up holes in your backyard like 8 feet deep, with punga sticks at the bottom, with the intention of killing large animals that tend to climb in your backyard? This is all hypothetical of course.
