This has been something i'm noticing becoming a constant more and more bigger trend that confuses me.


What is the purpose of a break in a relationship?

To me, it could be several things

A) A cop out to end a relationship

B) The thought that you've done something wrong with someone (cheating) and you like the person you're with so you take a break to continue your dirt.

or

C) The ability to go out and bone anyone you want, and still have the second string (Main Girlfriend/boyfriend) waiting for you on the sidelines.

To me it's a stupid concept...but what are your views....No this isnt happening to me nor a friend...it's an observation ive been making lately. It seems i see it more and more as im growing up then when i was younger.

I mean...when i was younger and dating more frequent...the thought of breaks never crossed my mind...it was either you're in a relationship...or you're not...now there was smut buddies....is that the new thing now...taking breaks in a relationship is the equivalent to smut buddies

I think the concept is stupid. Either you want to be in a relationship or you don't.

 

alot of the girl take breaks to think about if they want to be in a serious relationship or not. apparently girls get infactuated and carried in the moment then something big happens (promotion career, friend breaking up, friends getting married, parent moving, ect...) and they step back and want to think if they really want to get serious of not. thats what i understand from it...

 

A break, IMO, is for the "I need a break" person to see if the grass is truely greener h:. Let them go, and keep elevating your game h:

a break means your girl is already fucking some other guy

 

That and the fact that most girls are too fucking stupid to grasp that a serious relationship doesn't mean marriage, it just means a serious relationship.
