believe me, i know. his feedback and recent activity was the only reason i did a BIN. i've just not spend this much money on ebay in a long while and i'm used to receiving payment confirmation directly from the seller.

His email address was an msu.edu. I went to their site and there was a student search so I queried by his last name and it gave his address, phone number & email address. Phone number wasn't valid so I googled his name and it returned his myspace.

I got a Dewalt DW290 with the case BRAND NEW for $68 shipped. I payed for it via PayPal July 24th, and got it TODAY August 15th
He acted like it wasn't a big deal. I took a chance because he was a new seller, and others were having the SAME problems with him. I hope you don't have to go through what I did

If you don't hear anything on the 10th day, start a claim w/ PayPal. They will send him/her an email, and they'll at LEAST respond then. It just doesn't feel good to have your hard-earned $ being taken for granted. I ALWAYS send a thank you when I get a payment. Immediately. It's just good protocol all around.
