I agree. If she is truly your friend and you do not want to lose her, get over her really quick. If you do not, you may end up with no friend either...

It does not matter how fucking easy it is. I have been through the same thing before, so it is not as if I have no idea what it is like.

...It is simply what you must do. Get heavily involved in a hobby or hang out with some different people. I would suggest read a really heavy (philisophically, not physically) book, but that is boring for some people.

 

Even if I was homosexual, it would hardly change my advice.

 

Sucks man.........I've also been stuck in the friend zone a few times. Now days if I'm interested in a girl, I'll tell her right away that I don't need any more female friends..........they get the idea. Once in awhile I'll fall for one of my current female friends and the friend zone sucks. However the friend zone does have benefits sometimes, the friend zone runs rampant with casual hook ups!
