ez-pass here clocks you from one point to another...and if the estimate shows you were speeding, they send you a warning and then a ticket in the mail

 

EZ Pass is a bastard. I've gotten nailed going fast before. h:

 

I speed past EZ-Pass all the time on the turnpike. Never got anything in the mail :dunno:

Well one thing in you favor if you don't have an I-Pass, they have to like go back through all the time-stamped photos of the car and calculate it all out for how fast it was going, it's not like it triggered the I-Pass lane with its specific code.

Actually, they track your speed in the lane. They have loops in the ground that detect when you enter and when you leave the toll lane. Then then calculate your speed based on that.
